Stockbridge, GA: On or about March 17, 2026, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet above the ground level, in that the employer failed to ensure that fall protection systems were provided to employees installing shingles on the roof.

Stockbridge, GA: On or about March 17, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the lower ground level, in that employer failed to ensure the ladder used to access the roof of the structure was extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface.
