29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) as incorporated by 29 CFR 1910.27(a): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  On or about March 10, 2026, employees performing carpentry and electrical activities in the barn of Burr Oak Lodge, LLC located at 255 C Rd, Eagle, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees removing and/or replacing interior lighting were protected from falling from the unguarded Aluma-Plank Scaffold Deck approximately 10 feet, 1 inch above the next lower level.
