29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 03/18/2026 at a multi-family construction site located at 3824 Howard Road, Hamburg, New York; employees were framing a 2 story apartment building. Employees were walking the top plate while setting trusses with a fall height of approximately 18 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  Bricker Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1582935,  citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/7/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5138 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, New York.
