29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system.  (a) 114 South Osbourne Ave., Margate City NJ 08402: Employees engaged in siding installation and related activities were walking and  working on a pump jack scaffold exposed to fall hazards over 20 feet to the ground surface below did not have fall protection set up properly. Condition noted on or around 3/19/2026  The Rocca's Roofing & Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748896 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/11/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 809 Seaview Road, Ocean City, NJ 08226.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
