29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 17 Kearny Avenue, Seaside Heights NJ:  Three company workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when performing cedar siding installation and other related activities from three seperate pump jack scaffold's whose elevated walking/working surfaces were missing end stops on both ends.  Condition observed on or about 03/18/26.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
