29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Lot 32: On or about March 18, 2026, the employer exposed employees to overhead struck-by hazards, in that employees were not wearing head protection while the crane was flying in trusses and employees were setting them in place.
