29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before an employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a) Facility Wide - On or about March 23, 2026, the employer did not establish a program that included energy control procedures for employees to follow, employee training, and periodic inspections to protect employees from injury caused by the unexpected energization, start up or release of stored energy when performing set up and servicing/maintenance of equipment, including but not limited to the Jensen Draping Stacker, serial #630155, and the Chicago Automatic Feeder machine, model King Edge CT, serial #63087 -5716.        No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
