29 CFR  1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.  Location - Work site.  On or about March 27, 2026, four employees were not protected from injuries when working with a table saw that had no guard while cutting wood.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  Location - Worksite.  On or about May 27, 2026, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 12' feet above lower level where fall protection was not used.

Location - Worksite.  On or about March 27, 2026, four employees were ascending and descending a stairwell with unprotected sides.

Location - Worksite.  On or about March 27, 2026, two employees were not protected from falling while using a ladder that did not extend at least three feet above roof deck.
