29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):   Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  Location - 613 Turnpike Road, Southboro, MA:    On or about 3/30/26, an employee was exposed to 12-foot fall hazards while installing electrical conduit from a tubular welded scaffold without fall protection.
