29 CFR  1926.20(f)(2): The employer did not develop hazard specific training programs to train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard relating to hazard reduction techniques and related matters.  a) On the site located at 6705 Lake Erie Rd, Groveland, FL: On or about 03/30/2026, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that, employees were not trained on lockout/tagout procedures before installing the air conditioning unit and connecting it to the breaker box.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): No employer shall permit an employee to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work, unless the employee is protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means.  a) On the site located at 6705 Lake Erie Rd, Groveland, FL: On or about 03/30/2026, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that, employees were installing a new air conditioning unit and connecting it to an energized breaker box without locking out or tagging out the breaker box before performing the work.
