29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: 405 3rd Ave, Superior, CO 80027: On or about April 8, 2026, the employer failed to ensure that employees framing and securing roof trusses on top of a single-story residential garage were protected from falls of approximately 10 feet by conventional fall protection (e.g.: lanyard with harness, anchor points, etc.) or other safety devices.
