29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At 1216 Wilson, Chesterfield, MO, 63005, On April 7, 2026, Employees were exposed to flying particles hazards associated with the use of pneumatic nail guns while affixing shingles to the roof of a residential structure.  The Cucul Construction Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736411, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 229 Old Chesapeake Drive Wentzville, MO, 63385.

The Cucul Construction Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736411, citation number 1 item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 229 Old Chesapeake Drive Wentzville, MO, 63385.
