29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  A) Clarion Boards LLC on or about April 14, 2026 at the address of 143 Fiberboard Road, Shippenville, PA: Employees working at the outfeed side of the Homag Bolster saw are exposed to the saw blade due to a lack of guarding.  B) Clarion Boards LLC on or about April 14, 2026 at the address of 143 fiberboard Road, Shippenville, PA: Employees operating the particle board press were exposed to an in running nip point where the belts press together the board.  C) Clarion Boards LLC on or about April 14, 2026 at the address of 143 fiberboard Road, Shippenville, PA: Employees working at the sizing platform are exposed to moving parts of an unguarded, moving hydraulic cylinder.
