29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident.   a) Garage of a private residence located at 1807 North Ocean Avenue, Surf City, NJ 08088.  The employer did not report an employee hospitalization within 24 hours.  On 1/15/26 an employee slipped and fell, fracturing his arm, while performing job-related duties at a private residence, including painting and spackling.
