29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames,  or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:   a- Fieldstone Drive,  Lot 1, Block 22.06, Lumberton NJ - Company workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 15 feet 1 inch and 18 feet, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose poles/legs were set into the ground soil and not set on baseplates or other adequate firm foundation. Condition observed on or about 04/16/26.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- Fieldstone Drive,  Lot 1, Block 22.06, Lumberton NJ - Company workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 15 feet 1 inch and 18 feet, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold having improperly installed end stops and was missing midrails/screens running the full length of the scaffold's active walking/working surface.  Condition observed on or about 04/16/26.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a- Fieldstone Drive, Lot 1, Block 22.06, Lumberton NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 5 inches, when accessing to and egressing from a residential structure's pitched porch roof using a portable aluminum extension ladder whose side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the roof's walking/working surface. Condition observed on or about 04/16/26.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- Fieldstone Drive, Lot 1, Block 22.06, Lumberton NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 5 inches, when working and walking from a residential structure's pitched porch roof while wearing a full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 04/16/26.  Fast Builders Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1866761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at Building 20 Holtz Way, West Windsor NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
