29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person.  On top of the walkway roof at a commercial resort, located at on 401 2nd Street, Indian Rocks, Florida 33785: On or about 4/16/26, the employer exposed a subcontractors employees to fall hazards, in that regular inspections were not done to ensure employees were using fall protection while performing roofing work.
