(a)On or about April 21, 2026, and at times prior thereto, Gunderson Marine, LLC employees were exposed to occupational injuries and illness when their employer failed to ensure that Yellow 4 step  with the "Restricted Area Sticker"  on it was equipped with stair rail systems and handrails.
