29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  Location: Job site;  On or about 04/24/2026, a worker was on a residential roof and was exposed to falls in the following instances:  a) from the residential roof that was 11.5-feet above the ground below and was not utilizing any form of fall protection.  b) through the skylight in the vicinity of the work they were performing from the residential roof.
