29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Location: Jobsite 12 Monponsett St. Hanson, Ma 02341  On April 24, 2026 4 employees of NPT Construction, were exposed to falls from heights up to 30 feet to the ground while working on commercial 8-12 pitch roof during a roofing project where fall protection was not utilized.
