29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a)  New residential construction on Lot 68 Rocklin Lane, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 4/10/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 6-inches above the lower ground, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a)  New residential construction located on Lot 68 Rocklin Lane, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 4/10/2026, the employer did not provide a stairway, ladder, or other safe means of access where a break in elevation of 19 inches or more existed. Employees engaged in framing activities on the roof, approximately 9 feet above the lower level, were required to climb the structural framework to access and exit the work area. This exposed employees to fall hazards due to the lack of an appropriate ladder or other safe means of egress.
