29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  At the temporary job site located at 2802 South Cedar Crest Street, Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9.1 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards:  Employees engaged in residential framing activities at the temporary jobsite located at 2802 South Cedar Crest Street, Wichita, Kansas, were exposed to fall hazards. The employer failed to maintain a safety and health program to address hazards such as but not limited to fall protection during construction activities. The employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate these hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section (fall protection training) by preparing a written certification record which contained the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about April 29, 2026, at the temporary job site located at 2802 South Cedar Crest St. Wichita, Kansas. Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9.1 feet from the working surface of the roof to the ground below without being provided with a written fall protection plan. The employer did not prepare a written certification verifying that employees had been trained in hazards related to falls from elevation.
