29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  (a) In the battery charging room at  3200 Jefferson Way, Corvallis Oregon 97331, on or about April 28, 2026 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to safety hazards in that flexible wires were used for fixed wiring of the structure.  The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1731859, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/22/2024, with respect to this same workplace located at 3200 Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Oregon 97331.
