On or about May 12, 2026, at 8016 Redwood Court, Independence, OH 44131, the employer failed to ensure employees utilizing a pneumatic nail gun to secure sheeting to a residential roof was protected by eye/face devices in that employees were wearing no eye/face protection. b. On or about May 12, 2026, at 8016 Redwood Court, Independence, OH 44131, the employer failed to ensure employees utilizing a handheld saw to cut wood to size to be used on a residential roof was protected by eye/face devices in that employees were wearing no eye/face protection.
