29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located at The Hills at Cedar Creek Subdivision, Cedar Wood Trace, Lot #29, Winder, GA 30680, Top Plate: On or about 05/13//2026, the employer exposed one employee to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided to the employee engaged in roof sheathing and framing activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New Construction located at The Hills at Cedar Creek Subdivision, Cedar Wood Trace, Lot #29, Winder, GA 30680, Top Plate: On or about 05/13/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 12 feet, 9 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in sheathing and framing activities using the roof as a walking working surface.
