29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i): If your establishment had 20-249 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and your establishment is classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, then you must electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. You must submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form.  (A)  Elgin Molded Plastics LLC , located at 909 Grace Street, in Elgin, IL - On or about May 27, 2026, the employer did not electronically submit information from calendar year 2025's OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by the specified date of March 2, 2026.  The employer, in NACIS code 325211, had 34 employees during calendar year 2025.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
