KY—Federal OSHA workplace-safety record
Kentucky
71 severe-injury reports between 2015-02-12 and 2025-08-15, 16,081 OSHA inspections, and 36,408 Form 300/301 injury filings on federal record in Kentucky.
Kentucky operates its own OSHA-approved State Plan covering private-sector workplaces, so most enforcement there is state-run. The federal OSHA records on this page cover only workplaces under federal jurisdiction in Kentucky (for example maritime, military installations, and federal agencies) — they are not a complete picture of workplace safety in the state.
