On March 28, 2024, at about 2:30 AM, two employees were using a manual metal crimping tool to secure steel straps around a pallet of finished product. The injured employee's right little finger became pinched in the tool, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was hooking up a mold (to be installed in a plastic injection molding machine) to an overhead crane, using a hoist ring mounted on the top of the mold. The hoist ring failed to connect to the hook, moved, and struck the employee's left middle finger. The fingertip was amputated at the first knuckle.

At about 6:25 a.m. on June 1, 2023, an employee was welding the door frame of a recycling baler. An overhead gantry crane was being used to move the frame into place, with the latch of the baler attached to the crane. The latch fell and crushed the employee's left thumb against the door frame.
