Cascade Drilling L.P.
An employee and his crew were performing drilling operations and just made a drill casing connection. While the drill operator was lowering the casing hammer and hose down to the casing, the employee was standing beside them guiding the hydraulic hoses with his left hand. When the operator lowered the casing hammer, the employee's right middle finger was contacted by the drill pin rod inside the casing rail, resulting in a compound fracture.
