Four employees were riding linked tubes down a snow lane. They slid over a safety net and berm, landing on frozen ground many feet away. One employee suffered a compound fracture to their leg and was hospitalized. A second employee sustained a fractured leg but was not hospitalized.

On November 30, 2023, the injured employee was using a torch to melt ice and snow off a roof so another employee could apply a primer to seal a gutter to the roof. The 3-gallon bucket of primer ignited on the roof. The injured employee went to move the bucket off the roof when primer splashed onto him, causing him to catch on fire. The employee suffered third-degree burns.
