Reader's guide·For workers & job-seekers
Look up an employer's safety record before you take the job.
When a workplace injury is serious, employers must report it to federal OSHA, and those reports are public. Search 105,313 of them across 71,083 employers, free, no account.

Worth knowing
On any company's page you can set a free email watch: one email if a new severe-injury report names that employer, unsubscribe in one click. No account, ever. A company with records isn't automatically unsafe (bigger companies file more reports), and one with none isn't automatically safe, so read the narratives. Every lookup here is free; if you ever want the full benchmarked history in one document (rates against the industry, citations, penalties), that exists as a $149 employer report — but nothing on this site requires it.
