The facts are free. Every employer page shows the severe-injury count, the record dates, and the most recent reports at no charge, and the whole index is searchable without an account. What you pay for is depth, interpretation, and scale: the sector and national benchmarks, the full multi-decade citation and penalty history assembled in one place, ongoing monitoring, and portable documents you can hand to a client or file. We don't claw anything back behind a paywall — paid is additive.

Can I just buy one report right now?
Yes. Search the employer above, open their page, and click Full report to check out — it's a one-time $149, no account or subscription. You'll have the document immediately.
Is the data current?
Severe-injury reports run to OSHA's latest published frontier, and inspections and citations are refreshed continuously from the U.S. Department of Labor's data. Every report shows the exact date range it covers and links back to the OSHA source.
What if I need something that isn't a single report?
