Final narrative
On 2/27/15, an employee suffered an in-patient hospitalization. Three employees assembled a stage scene on 2/25/15. The injured employee utilized a self-supported ladder to access the work area, a stage scene of a home with a roof. A portion of the stage scene became unsecure, causing the employee to fall approximately 8 feet from the ladder. The employee struck his shoulder and head and was immediately unconscious. The employee was taken to the hospital.
