On or about 3/19/15, at about 9:40 PM, an employee was preparing to go to the range and shoot firearms for inspection. The employee loaded the gun outside the range and was disassembling the loaded gun when it fired. The employee was injured with a shot wound to the left hand. The employee was hospitalized, and reconstructive surgery was performed on his hand.
