On May 9, 2015, an employee was operating a Raymond stand-up forklift when the forklift hit a protective rack on the top and caught the arms of the counter leaver. The aluminum extrusions bundle weighing 1,000 pounds came down and struck the employee. He was hospitalized with injuries to his right arm and ribs.
