An employee was operating a chop saw to cut lumber. He went to stop the saw by hitting the stop switch and then went to the exhaust pipe to clean out sawdust. The saw blade was still spinning at the time, and the employee's hand came in contact with the spinning blade. He sustained a laceration to the back of his left hand.
