On November 25, 2015, an employee was delivering freight to a customer site. While unloading products from his truck, he walked down an icy metal ramp behind the store. He slipped and fell on the icy surface, suffering an L2 compression fracture in his back that required hospitalization. He was wearing his safety boots at the time of the incident.
