On April 8, 2016, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a maintenance employee was standing on a stepladder, working above the ceiling. The employee was using PVC cutters to cut into a clogged pipe. When the pipe was cut, a corrosive liquid showered onto the employee's head, face, and arms. The employee received chemical burns and was hospitalized
