On August 17, 2016, at approximately 12:15 a.m., an employee was moving bundles of paper into a strapping machine by hand using a motor-driven roller line. While attempting to remove a paper from the line, the employee's right hand and arm were pulled into the live rollers. He was hospitalized with a fractured right arm.
