Final narrative
Two employees using a six foot rolling scaffold on top of nailed down plywood were pouring concrete from a pump truck. Once they finished the area, another employee on the ground pushed the scaffold to the new area. The wheel caught a nail, the scaffold tipped over, and both employees fell to the ground. One employee was hospitalized for muscle strain and contusions.
