Final narrative
An employee was delivering beer to a convenience store. He was turning a loaded cart to go up a slight ramp when some of the cases of beer fell off the cart and the cart tipped over. The cart and cases of beer struck and broke the employee's leg. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
