An employee was inspecting the blower above a roll-up door while standing in a scissor lift (15 feet high) when a bridge crane struck the scissor lift, knocking it over into a storage rack. The employee fell onto the storage rack and suffered a fingertip avulsion, bruised ribs, and lacerations.
