On June 16, 2017, at approximately 10:50 p.m., an employee operating a terminal tractor was preparing to hook up airlines to a trailer. He exited the back door and stepped onto a catwalk made of metal grating when he lost his balance and fell between the catwalk and fuel tank. He fractured his left shoulder and was hospitalized.
