An employee was working on the melt deck in a foundry. The employee was chipping out a liner with a chip gun and replacing the lining in the spout when he felt dizzy and began to throw up on the floor. His condition worsened and he began sweating profusely and was not lucid. He was hospitalized with an acute kidney injury as the result of heat-related illness.
