An employee was operating an ergonomic folding machine. A gown became caught in the back side of the folding machine. As the employee was clearing the jam, the folding machine engaged and caught the employee's left arm, pulling it into the roller. The employee suffered a laceration on the upper left arm and broken bones in his left forearm. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
