An employee was transferring fuel from a fuel truck to an underground storage tank when he noticed that the fuel truck started to roll forward. While attempting to prevent the truck from hitting a concrete pillar, his body was caught between the front of the truck and the pillar. He suffered a pelvic injury and internal bleeding, requiring hospitalization.
