Final narrative
On April 19, 2018, at around 9:00 AM, an employee was standing on the tailgate at the back of his pickup truck trying to get something out when he slipped and fell backwards off the truck to the ground. The employee was admitted to the hospital due to a fractured vertebrae and compressed lower back disc.
