A forklift operator was operating a forklift, moving empty wood pallets to the back of a building. The forklift's wheels went off of the blacktop and onto the dirt ground; the forklift went down a slight downhill grade and tipped over. The employee was hospitalized with broken ribs and lacerations to the hands that required stitches.
