An employee was positioning a main cylinder on the back of a truck. The cylinder has a hole in it that is to line up with a hole on the back of the truck. Once lined up, a pin is to be inserted to hold the cylinder in place. A pry bar is used to help keep the cylinder straight and prevent bowing.
