An employee was delivering marble to a customer using a flat bed truck. The employee was standing on top of the truck and was about to dismount. The employee reached out for the door of the cab, which swung open, causing the employee to lose balance and fall off the trailer to the ground below. The employee sustained a fracture to the spine and injuries to the left arm and shoulder.
