An employee was driving a clamp lift truck and following another clamp lift to the dock. The lifts were travelling in reverse so the employees had a clear view to the front. The front lift stopped suddenly, and the employee's lift ran into the clamp on the front lift. The employee was struck by the clamp, lacerating his leg from the ankle to above the knee.
